Attorney will request detailed financial information. The information can range from bank statements, property appraisals, credit card statements, etc. The more information you provide the better!
Attorney reviews information you provided. Attorney typically reviews your options based on a "Means-Test" analysis; income information, etc.

You and counsel will complete the Petition and Schedules based on information you provided.
Your case number is assigned when Petition is filed with the Court. The Meeting of Creditors date is scheduled shortly after filing.
